Brief Description:  Rudder skeleton

Cleco'd the three reinforcing plates to the R-802PP spar. Fabricated the R-717 shim and the two R-716 rudder bottom attach strips. Trimmed the R-710 rudder horn brace. Assembled the R-405PD, R-710 and R-704 bottom rib.
