The front & rear throttle pushrod alignment is still giving me problems. After opening the holes in the bulkheads I still needed more the pushrod to come inboard some more. Rather than make the holes even larger I decided to make a couple of 1/8" spacers to push the front throttle back towards the side skin a little. This still wasn't enough so it is looking like I will need to open the holes further after all/as well as. I'm not sure about that as I will have to beak into one of the center section cover rivet holes, thus making it unusable. I will be emailing Vans to make sure that is ok from a structural perspective. I just can't work out why this is giving me so much hassle. Many other builders have fitted DJM front throttle quadrants. Have none of them also fitted a rear throttle? Perhaps it is the combination of DJM front and Chris Welsh rear? Who knows...
