Brief Description:  Left wing tip (light) and left flap brace

I had already made up the wing tip light mounting plate when I did the right wing. It just needed a little extra trimming of the main hole to get the light to sit in there properly. I then simply drilled it to the wing tip and cleco'd it in place. I marked around the outside and the inside hole with a sharpie and then removed it and used the dremel to cut a hole in the fibreglass. I then drilled the mount plate for #6 nutplates to hold the light and dimpled the nutplate rivet holes. I also removed the mount plate from the right wing and did the nutplate thing to that too. Then I dimpled all the attach holes #4, edge-finished & deburred as necessary ready for priming. I also drilled the fibreglass tip for the #4 nutplates, though I haven't installed them yet. Jackie and I used the same method as before to countersink the flap brace and then we cleaned, deburred, and edge-finished everything ready for priming. Finally, I removed the large aileron pushrod and rubbed that with fine sandpaper and cleaned it with meths (the pushrod that runs from bellcrank to stick, can't remember the part number). We now have all the necessary parts ready for priming the next day I get when it isn't raining and I'm not needed at the parachute club. A good day's work today, and this wing is almost complete after just two days!
