Brief Description: Rear stick disconnect

Since I had (most) of the parts arrive from Mouser Electronics (I forgot to order the actual pins and sockets!), I went ahead and did the rear stick disconnect. I made an angle bracket from .063" which will simply be blind rivetted to the seat rib assembly. After removing the rear stick boot/cover, it should be a simply matter of unscrewing the connector and out it comes. And to answer the inevitable question: no it doesn't contact the controls at full aileron deflection.
I have used 17-28 AMP Series 2 Circular Plastic Connectors (CPC), with cable boots. The cables will also be fixed outboard of each boot using an adel clamp. Here is a list of the parts I ordered from www.mouser.com:-
