Brief Description:  Wing skeleton

Continued rivetting the main ribs to the main spar. Went reasonably well; only had to drill out two rivets. One of them was 'ok' until went back to 'just give it a tad more'; at least the replacement went ok!! Only the outboard most rib to do now when it gets rivetted in assembly with the corresponding leading edge rib. One item to note: those 1/8" rivet snap-socs that Avery's sell *really* help prevent smiles, but need to be changed often. As soon as the rivets start smiling back at you, change the soc. Socs are cheap but drilling out badly smiled rivets is a pain in the ass, especially in tricky areas like between the wing-walk ribs! Part way through rivetted noted that the hydraulic bottle jack I was using to keep the spar level had lost its pressure slightly and caused the spar to sag. Spent 15 minutes making a little jack of my own from some 12mm threaded rod and some blocks of wood. Won't sag any more now! Also rivetted four of the main ribs to the rear spar; pneumatic squeezer with a longeron yoke works the magic here...
