Brief Description:  Left wing - deburring spars

Since I now had the leading edge cleco'd together I went ahead and marked where the holes would be on the W-408-1L leading edge rib and then fluted that sucker flat. That being done, I disassembled the wing skeleton and deburred the holes on the main spar. I left the outside holes on the spar flanges since these will be match drilled when the skins go on and then machine countersunk. I then deburred all the holes on the rear spar, dimpling as necessary where the rib tab meets with the spar flange. After taking Chester for a walk I didn't really feel like doing more. Sad I know, but I have every evening this week so just deburr and dimple the ribs. Hopefully the Alodine will arrive tomorrow (they forgot to send it!) and then if the weather is good enough this weekend I can prime. Of course, we're coming into winter down here now, and that means wind, rain and short days, so we'll just have to see how things pan out. I also want to go skydive, since I haven't jumped for nearly a month and I'm getting withdrawal symptoms!! :-)
