Jumping ahead a little while I wait for some Alodine to arrive, I decided to cleco together the leading edge. I thought I'd be match drilling it too, but when I checked the book of words you don't do that until it is fitted to the spar. And you don't do *that* until the main ribs and the spars are riveted together and the main skins fitted. So, basically, cleco-ing the thing together is as far as I got! As usual, 'soldering' off the blue plastic took almost as long as cleco-ing the thing together!! Now I know where the skin holes go on the inboard rib (the one that isn't pre-punched) I can mark 'em and then flange and flute that rib. A small job for another night. Tomorrow, though, I'll pull the main skeleton apart and deburr/dimple all the holes as required, ready for cleaning & priming at the weekend.
