Didn't have much time available to me tonight, but I did at least manage to deburr all the relevant holes on six of the main ribs, along with the conduit holes and rubbing down with 600grit wet 'n' dry paper where there were some small scratches from the emery cloth edge finishing, etc. Still need to dimple the spar flange attach tab on each rib. Mustn't forget that. The Alodine I ordered finally arrived today, so weather permitting we should be able to clean, alodine and prime all these ribs this Sunday (I'm probably going to be skydiving on Satuday).
