Brief Description:  stopping point for today

1) Well not actually a jig, just a holder so as to be able to keep up with it on the bench! Because of the nice straight rear edge, I referenced the other bends off of it befor bending. All appeared to come out well and when trimed up, fit well, except for that little 1/8 inch error on the bottom surface. I made some calculations and found that there may be an interference area of the lower front surface bend on the aileron and the lower rear edge of the aft spar. However, the spec for lower deflection is only 11.5 deg, I feel, at lease while typing this today (8-11-13) that there wont be an interference problem. The ballance weight probably will have a say in this also as it in inside the wing and may be the actual physical stop without control pushrods hooked up.

another menber of Chapter 323 is building a Waiex and has already got the wings on. I asked him if he would give me some measurements between the two potential interference points before I go further and actually revit this up. I shall see...
