1) When I could not make a decent trailing edge using the board method on the tail feathers a couple of years ago, I decided to get better results by pressing them with this little thing.the armature (movable part) has a braze3d on steel rod on two lengths of angle iron. the frame is steel u channel for some salvaged xray unit years ago, and the bottle jacke are 9.99 Wal mart specials. There are two stainless table leg rollers in the lower trough of the frame spaced just about the size of the brazed on rod plus the width of metal used (.025). I use silicon spray and plastic sheeting as 'mold release' agents to keep surface maring down as much as possible. this works like a champ and I am pleased with a nice straight trailing edge
2) Finished bend cannot be fully completed to the 160 de3g or so required because of the frame and other items hiddint the top and bottom surfaces, as well as the jack foot print.. So, I have to finish them the old fashioned way..
