Determined that spar was unacceptable and destroy. The micro was, apparently, too thick when I inserted in the foam pieced into the base spar layup. This resulted in far too much air trapped between the foam and the fiberglass. There was a suggestion to drill small holes and inject micro or raw epoxy. I started this but, although it appeared to be somewhat successful, made me too nervous to use this solution on this very important component. So, I cut it up and will move on to Main spar v3.
