After installing the remaining connectors, cables, pieces and parts from Stein I installed the panel and powered it up. NO smoke. Configured all of the devices and boxes and entered the VPX license. This thing is Really smart! It detected that I had two network cables (ADHRS and an autplilot servo) with wires in the wrong places in the connector and told me which pins to swap! I did and the configured up just fine. Still lots of configurations and setting to enter, but so far so good. Only one other problem, landing lights come on when I hit the Pitot Heat button... should be an easy fix. The panel may not even have to come back out again before first flight.
Also installed and rigged throttle/mixture bracket, cabin heat bracket and cable, vents, installed lights and bezels on wingtip lights.
