I installed the doors by attaching them to the door frame as described in the manual using the supplied piano hinges. I did not install the opening windows. Since the doors may be opened in flight I didn’t see any point in having windows. It took me several hours to complete this task. Another case of “Paralysis By Analysis” overthinking the position of the hinge. I can already see that I’ll have problems getting the polycarbonate cover on the doors to meet up cleanly with the door frame. That’s next.
