Installed the seat runners to the top of the fuselage seat frame. Trimmed the seat backs and base panels to fit the seat frames. Drilled panels and temporarily attached them to the seat frames with clecos. I then removed the panels for painting and installation later. When I tried to assemble the seats I was unable to make the adjuster rails fit on the seat bushings. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning out the bushings to remove all powder coating but the rails just won’t fit. I’ve ordered a ¾” reamer to size the bushings.
