Once again, had to go to the hangar for parts and tools. In this case it was to find the fuel drains located in Bag 451. Took a while but they were there.
Similar to the fuel tank flange, drilling the drain flange was just a matter of clamping and drilling with a #42 bit, followed by the #40 reamer. Came out just fine.
I followed up by trimming the blue-plastic away from all of the rivet lines on the left-tank.
Temps in OH are down to 10 below zero, so overall a good evening to be in a nice warm basement.
