Collected all parts and pieces for Horizontal Stabalizer Ribs. Deburred and prepped all edges. Used a file and the Scotch-Brite Wheel.
Ended up overtrimming one of the HS-404 ribs. Looking at other builder logs, it seems that most folks are leaving the tabs larger than called for to prevent the flange rivets from ending up too close to the edge. This makes sense now that I see everything put together, but it's something I didn't consider going into this phase.
So...with a slip of the bandsaw I overtrimmed the port side HS-404. I tried to make it look better with the Scotch-Brite Wheel but it didn't help. I ended up calling Van's and ordering another set of HS-404's.
