Brief Description: H.S. Fwd Spar Stiffeners & Bend Angles
Had some great help from Jeremy and Katie. We rounded the end of the final spar stiffener, and then deburred the edges. Then came the task of bending HS-810 and 814 to exactly 6 degrees. After making a styrofoam board template, we used a vice and wooden blocks to bend the tabs, and then the center section of HS-702. When all was said and done, things fit perfectly. We finished the night be cleco'ing everything together.
Next week the task is to countersink and dimple the forward spar center section.
