Brief Description: Various Firewall Forward planning tasks.
While I waiting for my engine to arrive, I am doing as much planning and tinkering as possible. I figured out how the heat muff goes together, sorted out the stacking order of the Lord Engine mounts and wrote up a plan for what needs to be done before the engine is hung. I finished up by drilling a 1/4" hole in each steel bracket for the AN4 bolt that clamps the brackets around the exhaust pipes and then bent the lower brackets up at each end as per the Vetterman drawings.
