I continued work on the engine baffles, mostly match drilling and de-burring rivet holes and edges. I also started cutting the threads on the steel pins that will hold the baffles together at the bottom of the engine. I cut the pins to length with bolt cutters then ground the ends to a fine taper before applying the Die set. I pretty much have to wait until the engine is installed to continue work on the baffles.
