Brief Description: Match drilled right tank and drilled Z-Brackets.
I match drilled all the holes in the tank skin to ribs and the joint plate as well. I used straps to very gently apply downward pressure to ensure a tight fit around all edges then back drilled the inboard Z-Bracket. I removed the leading edge assembly to gain access to the outboard most Z-Bracket and drilled it out. Then I removed the tank skin and inner ribs to expose the baffle to inner Z-Brackets for easy drilling. Be sure to use incrementally larger drill bit diameters to final drill the #19 holes at the joint plate.
