Brief Description: Finished rolling Elevator L/E and match drilled.
I spent 4 more hours completing the leading edge rolls on the elevators. This part really takes some time and patience. Thankfully my buddy Sean has experience with metal work and helped me a great deal with this part of the project. We used a reamer turning slowly in a cordless drill to match drill all the holes. Next up is to debur and to shoot a strip of primer on the edge of the rolled edge that will get covered by the top edge. Then we will set the blind rivets to finish off the leading edges.
