Brief Description:  Fabricated a drill bushing.

I fabricated the drill bushing required to drill the bolt hole in the Elevator control horns from 4 stacked brass tubes I bought at the local hobby store for about $7.00. I cut them to 1 and 3/4" in length and found the outside diameter to be slightly larger than the inside diameter of the HS-411PP hinge bracket/bearing. So I chucked the tubes in my drill press and used some wet/dry sand paper and some light oil to uniformly sand the outside of the tube assembly. It only took a few tries to make the bushing fit perfectly into the hinge. Up next is to mount the Elevators and trim the HS outboard ends to accept the Elevator counterweight skins.
