I used the Tungsten bucking bar and the swivel mushroom set to place the rivets for BOTH sides of the Rudder closest to the trailing edge. I read about this technique from Vans Airforce Forums. If the stiffeners on one side are riveted on completely it becomes very difficult to rivet on the stiffeners on the remaining side closest to the trailing edge because the first side is too stiff to flex out of the way of the rivet gun.
I used the back rivet set for all other rivets. I had to drill out a couple of bad ones that where close to the trailing edge because they did not sit flush on the outside of the skin.
This step took me a lot longer than I anticipated and would have been faster with a partner.
