Brief Description: Drilling the Horizontal Stabilizer
Marked and drilled the holes in the front flange of HS-405. Drilled all rib to spar holes. I was very carefule to ensure my measurements for the front flange holes on HS-405 provided proper edge clearance.Marked, clamped and match/drilled skin holes to HS-405. This all went without any problems.Cleco's wont work at the HS-708 / Rear Spar intersection because they are enlarged to #19 for blind rivets. I used Nylon Bolts to keep things aligned during match drilling.
