After a couple weeks off, visiting grandkids, I was finally able to get back to work. I replaced the screws in the delrin bearings with ones of the proper length. Then, I installed the control horns with the tubes. I found it easier to line them up by pushing the center horn up to the ceiling, and then moving the outboard one up to a similar position. I drilled a pilot hole on each side per the plans, then removed and drilled three rows on each end out to #11. Tomorrow, I'll paint them.
