Clecoed the HS rib structure together and match drilled the ribs to the spars. I then un-clecoed, deburred the holes, then re-clecoed them. Now came the fun part...putting the skins on for the first time. This is finally looking like it's actually going to be something. Felt good to see the HS "together" in person. Was a little challenging getting the skins in place. Found the best way was to work from the leading edge back. Takes a little bit of wrestling the springback on the pre-bent leading edge. Once in place all the holes seem to line up perfectly. Couldn't imagine doing this without prepunched holes.
