Notched the HS0006 ribs using some Wyss Snips per the plans. Deburred and fluted the rest of the HS ribs. Found it much easier to debur edges first before fluting. One technique I found online works really well for achiving consistently flat ribs. First lay the rib down on a nice flat surface with the flanges up. Gently squeeze the fluting pliers in between the holes. Squeeze until the end of the rib just slightly rises off the table and then release. It should fall nicely back down. This seemed to really work and only need to use my edge seemer a couple of times to flatted the flutes out on a couple spots.
