Brief Description: Glued leading edge to STBD aileron
STBD aileron leading edge glued and clamped. Triangular gusstes added as per plans. Made a "v" guide for the band saw to make the triangular gussets from 1/2"" x 1/2" square spruce. Each glue batch is used on two test pieces - one to keep for construction records, the other is tested to breaking to make sure the glue batch was mixed correctly and of suitable strength.Good piece of mind!
