The reason I haven't posted much since the Right Fuel tank passed it's leak test is that it's very much de ja vue, or as the French say - seen it before!
I show the first picture because I did this on the right tank! Unable to squeeze due to vent fitting. You would have thought I would have learned. Still Simon and I bucked these two using a small steel bar he made for the RV Training Project (the instructions for that said keep it for later use it will come in handy - yep sure did).
Mainly for my own record I've added internal pictures of the tank before the baffle was fitted. The tank went together much quicker because I prepared the parts at the same time as the right one.
