I have to say the 100% cleco method, which I mainly used for the internal ribs and 405/410 takes most of the stress out of tank sealing.
Fingers crossed for the leak test in a few days.
Post note. Initilaly the tank leaked but that was because Mr Dork forgot to tighten the bicycle pump fitting - Doh! The left tank then passed the leak test with flying colours. Sealing the fuel tanks is nowhere near as bad as many people make out. There appears to me to be no need to clean clecos. Be well organised and have plenty of spare gloves, the 100% cleco method removes a lot of time pressure and at the end of the day the satisfaction of doing it is well worth it. That said I haven't put fuel in them yet!!
