Brief Description: Wing Ribs to Main Spar Flange - Fwd Hole
I noticed on DWG 17A that there was no call out for the rivet hole at the fwd end of the wing ribs under where the fuel tank skins will go. I found no mention in the manual or through a search on Google.
Logic said an AN426 rivet so I confirmed with my inspector, who said they were easy ones to forget.
I used an AN426AD3-4 with a squeezer. The brown stain you can see around the countersunk holes is dried alodine that I applied with a pen/cotton bud.
