Trimmed the top cowl and sanded with the long block.
Attached both cowls (and hinges) and marked the bottom cowl side.
Trimmed and sanded with long block. Took a few goes and went for a 1/16" gap and very pleased so far. When I attached the bottom cowl I placed enough pressure on the strap so that the bottom hinges were not pre-loaded ie slid in and out easily. This something I will re-check before drilling the top to the side hinge.
