Taped bottom half (side goes back a couple of inches then back to the the side which will overlap on the next fit after trimming)
Taped along the marks on the top half.
REMINDER. What I have done is marked each cowl where the bisect line of the template passes all the way across each cowl. We have NOT marked them to fit each other. The vertical distance between each inlet half should be equal at the centre of the inlet ie LEVEL.
This trim should get it close to centreing the spinner.
