Had fun and games bending the fuel vent and tank pipes in the gap between the fuselage and the wing tanks!
Not helped by me not realising that the mark on the tube bender is an inch and that a 90 degree bend is one inch wide! Another DOH.
What I did work out is that if you mark three inches from the end of the pipe and bend it 90 degrees you will have a one inch straight peice. I also reckon the minimum length to make a flare is 3/4".
To get a slightly tighter bend without making a kink you can insert a reversed drill bit certainly required if you have flop tube
