Brief Description: 3Rs Air Race Abbeville 2016 Pt 2
Sunday was a fine day with a stiff breeze and I flew the best race (Excess Distance wise) but my handicap speed was a bit too high (Champions chop?) but I was pleased with my first race of 2016.
The winners were Mark and Jo Turner (their maiden victory after 9 years competeing) - a very popular win.
Here is something I don't want repeated (Mark ahead of me before the finish! )...
On the way home we had a groundspeed of 205 kts at one point!
