Brief Description: Assembled vertival stabilizer

Started working on the vertical stabilzer installation. Had to make shims to properly attach the front spar to the front spar of the horizontal stabilizer. Drilled the rear tie-down to the rear bulkhead and rear spar of the vertical stabilizer.
