Finished up the rear stabilizer install by drilling the attachment of the front spars. To ensure that the rudder attach points were in line, I ran a plumb bob down through the attach point holes with a fine fishing line. This way I could see the the attachment was vertical and in line by centering the line in all three holes. Installed the rod end bearings and attached the rudder. Made the rudder stops and attached them to the rear of the fuselage. I discovered later that I did this incorrectly and had to remake the stops. Rudder is basically in place.
