Brief Description:  Built filter unit and mounts for spray equipment

One of the last two weeks was spent at Hilton Head for a vacation with Kay. Really enjoyed the time off. The other week was spent preparing the spray booth further. I built a filter assembly for the incoming air that supported 4 20"x20" filters. The curtain comes down and is taped to the side of this assembly to close up the booth. I bought a Citation HVLP system through www.polyfiber.com. Really helpful people there. Wire a pair of switches inside the booth to control the spray turbine and the repirator turbine independently. This required adding another plug to the Citation unit, but it was neccessary to keep the unit outside the booth, yet provide effective control for the turbines. Built holders for the turbine unit, spray gun, and the hoses. I like to have places to put things when they're not in use. Finally, I built some furniture for inside the booth. This consisted of a couple of 2x4 frames that were covered with 1/4" wire mesh to act as spray tables. The mesh allows overspray to blow through the table rather than on other parts on the table. I also built two hoders for vertical pieces (skins). Put a table inside the booth for mixing paint and holding stuff while spraying.
