Brief Description: Fabricated spacers for wing tips
In order to finish the wing tips, baffles need to be put in place to prevent the tip from buckleing during flight. I've chosen to use 1" polyurethane foam to form the baffles, but in order to install them correctly, the wing tips need to be support in the same way as they would be when attached to the wing. I created five spacers that match the wing. These are held by hinge pieces clecoed to the spacers. This makes it easy to attach them or remove them.
