Brief Description: Cut and trimmed wing tip lenses
First cut the lens blank in half to get a rough idea of placement on the tip. Then I marked each lens to closely match the groove that is provided in the tip. I cut these to size using a dremmel tool. To get the final fit, I slowly sanded away at the edges until the lens fit just inside the groove. I then measured for two holes per side for screws to hold the lens in place.
