Tonight I un-clecoed the baffle and moved the proseal out of the vent/fuel flow holes on the interior ribs while the prosel was still tacky (at the 24 hour mark). I was planning on stopping there but the wife called and said she needed to work late, so I kept going.
I went mixed a batch of proseal and started riveting the ribs. I believe I may have over pro-sealed the holes before riveting on the left tank, so I cut back on my wet-riveting/proseal amount... we will see... but early indications are good. I got two ribs riveted and the shop heads encapsulated before calling it a night. I plan to knock out the other 3 interior ribs tomorow.
2 ribs done
3 sealed but not riveted yet
On the lookout in case a cat tries to enter the shop...
