Brief Description: right tank interior ribs pro-sealed
I first drilled the fuel return holes for the fuel injection system on the future engine. I drilled the first four ribs on the inboard side making sure that the return tubing would not interfer with the flop tube and the fuel float. Then I cleaned up the skin and ribs with MEK, mixed up a big batch of proseal and got busy "peanut butter spreading" the proseal on the rib flanges and clecoing them to the skin. After all 5 interior ribs were clecoed, I smoothed the proseal into a fillet along the skin/rib joint, just as before.
Then so everything forms up right, I put the outer ribs on with clecos and also clecoed on the baffle... things were too messy to take a lot of pictures - so all I could muster was a post-work shot...
