Brief Description:  rivet interior ribs in left tank, seal/cleco outer

Got a lot done today - and I needed to. I had set the pro-seal on all 5 interior ribs 3 days ago, so I needed to get the rivets set before the proseal completely set up. So here is how it went down...

I removed the clecos in the baffle to access the ribs and mixed up some proseal for the wet-riveting technique - which I will explain. So, with the proseal in the ribs/tank skin joint the procedure is to remove a cleco, run a 3/32" drill bit thru the hole, twisting it with your fingers, to remove any partially set proseal. Then put the wet sealant in the dimple to seal the rivet to the skin, place a rivet in the hole, drive the rivet with rivet gun and bucking bar, then check the shop head of the rivet with the rivet gauge...then repeat that process 169 more times... some of the rivets are a little "proud", but all in all - they look good.

After that, I cleaned the ribs and skin for the outer sections - and clecoed in the outer ribs with the sealant spead on the faying surfaces. Then I spread sealant along the joint and made a nice fillet of sealant on each side of both ribs... I finished the session by re-clecoing the baffle on for form fitting purposes - even though the interior ribs are riveted.
