Brief Description: drill the access plate in right wing tank rib
Tonight was supposed to be an official day off from the build but the wife was busy so I got some time in while I could. I was able to drill the holes for the access cover plate making sure that the cover was oriented in the correct position such that the pick up tube is on top and the sender unit hole is towards the trailing edge. This is important because the holes are not symetrical, so you can't just rotate the cover plate if you get it wrong.
I also got the fuel tank plumbing fittings out and did a trial fit - it looked really cool with all the plumbing sitting in the access cover - clecoed in place, but unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of it.
