Brief Description: Baffles #6 - Right front baffle
I'm working on the preliminary assembly of the front right baffle (CB-710A) tonight. The oil line goes through this baffle, so I had to drill that hole out slowly, inching up to the correct fit. This process was made significantly easier because of the template that Bob provided. I used the unibit, and drilled out the oil hose hole until I had good spacing around the oil hose. This was in addition to the usual de-bluing, deburring, and riveting of some of the sub-structures.
I did have to rivet the air dam twice as I had it incorrectly oriented on the first go-round. Oops.
