Brief Description:  Wheel pant holes drilled (Right)

With the right pant aligned, it's time to double-check the measurements and then drill the holes. First, I went back thru and verified that all the measures were still set, starting with the fuselage plumb bobs aligned to the floor line, the offset distance from the center of the wheel pants/jig being the same forward/aft, and the front/rear centering pins are at the laser line/horizontal. With everything where it was supposed to be, I used my borescope to confirm that the outside bracket was making contact with the outer wheel pant in both places. I also used the borescope light to illuminate the hole placement inside the wheel pant. The light made it very easy to find the hole. I started with the smallest bit that would fit in the drill and then drilled 3/32" and 1/8"— placing clecos after the holes were drilled.
