Brief Description:  GI 260 : AoA wiring

I did a lot of researching and looking and still had some questions about why the harness had five wires, but the GI 260 had 11 wires. I felt like I had eliminated the wires I wasn't using: The Black/Green/White for Audio that is not used with the G3X, and the Brown/Yellow, which are for RS-232 and not used, but I wanted to make sure I did the right thing with the extra ground wires, so I reached out to Tim at AFS and got his confirmation. As for the terminals, I decided to go with knife splices to remove the AoA from the glare shield without cutting a sizeable unsightly hole. The knife splices are low profile, and I can feed them thru a small hole in the glare shield.

With this session, I am over 2,800 hours and realize that ten years ago, I ordered the empennage and started working on the kit on 10/28/2012. I sure thought I would have been done by now, but on the bright side, I am glad I started ten years ago instead of today.
