Brief Description:  Landing/Taxi wiring at terminal block

There seems to be a lot of thinking (read: time) that goes along with this wiring stage as I try not to paint myself into a corner. Today I decided to re-attach the stick control assembly so that I could verify the travel and available clearance. I also consulted with Rob regarding the location of his terminal blocks and his opinions on terminal block locations. Then it was on to the actual wire measuring, cutting, labeling, terminating, and attaching the wires to the terminal block. I don't currently have the proper length screw for the terminal block, so I could not permanently attach it to the rib but have it in place temporarily.

From here, the left wing and right wing wires will attach to the terminal block and run to the wingtip lights, for taxi lights, landing lights, and wig-wag (pulsing). I am not using the green sync wire as it doesn't function as a sync wire as I had assumed by reading the literature. I also confirmed this with a bench test experiment with and without the green wires connected. In wig-wag mode, the lights start by pulsing together, but since the flash rates are slightly different, they get out of sync. This was also confirmed with a call to AeroLED tech support, but they sell a sync circuit to sync them up.
