I really needed to convert the messy shop into a clean shop before tackling the wiring, so I spent some time doing clean up. It was messy and it was worth it.
After the cleanup, since I had just recently installed the additional bolts/washers/nuts on the LR3D voltage regulators, now would be a good time to take off the LR3D's and do some wiring. Oh well, timing is everything. I printed out a fresh copy of the LR3D wiring diagram and started methodically measuring cutting, stripping, crimping, pull testing and continuity testing each wire. Make one for the main VR and another for the backup, with slightly different lengths.
I was rolling along pretty good and was able to get four wires done on each LR3D. That's enough for tonight.
