I had another session of carefully measuring, marking, cutting, drilling, and smoothing but a fruitful session. I had narrowed it down to the right pillar and then the additional angles that attach the transponder tray to the u-pillars. I needed to remove the panel to get to the bottom of the support posts to drill them out at the bulkhead attach point.
By the end of the night, I had drilled all of the holes for the nutplates, attach points, angles, and rivets, and I am officially calling her done. Now I prep for the disassembly, priming, and reassembly.
